Downloaded some apps for my smartphone:

BBC World & Le Monde - for media

Tumblr & Twitter - for social media (I access Facebook through my regular web browser)

Wikipedia & Meteo.It - for general & meteo information

Evernote - for storing stuff (together with Dropbox)

ColorNote - a nice “post it”-like application (comes in nine different colours…)

Not bad!  :-)
