When Things Get Tough…

I finished writing a short essay about the need to rethink the strategy for managing cultural heritage protection issues in post-disaster areas: the ICOM Italy strategy that worked out pretty well in the aftermath of the 2009 earthquake in L’Aquila, was a complete flop when the 2012 earthquake hit the Emilia-Romagna region.
