Set at Potsdam Polytechnic, the new academy will prevalently host students from Uzbekistan, and has the official support of other universities in both Uzbekistan (Tashkent, Samarkand) and Germany (Bamberg, Dresden, and Weimar).

Master courses - lasting four semesters - started in September this year, focusing on “building conservation, construction, monuments, and town”.
